Meet Dr. Orman

Dr. Mort Orman is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, who is also an international speaker, author, stress relief expert, weight loss coach, and a corporate healthcare and wellness consultant. In addition to practicing medicine for 23 years, and serving 15 years as a corporate health and wellness medical director, he has spent the past 30 years teaching people how to easily master (i.e., eliminate) stress without having to manage it.  He has also developed an innovative and successful weight loss program that is different (and better) than most other weight loss strategies available today. Dr. Orman lives and works near Baltimore, Maryland with his wife Christina Chambreau, a holistic veterinarian. He is Founder and Director of The Stress Mastery Academy, Founder and CEO of Advanced Wellness & Stress Solutions, and he is also the official sponsor of National Stress Awareness Month, held every April in the U.S. since 1992.
